Overview

White Hat Link Building Specialist Position Available

Join our growing search engine optimization team while working within a fun and creative corporate culture. The qualified individual we’re looking for should be outgoing and great with outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach, while also being collaborative with technical and creative marketing teams. The link building specialist we’re looking for should be up-to-date with recent search engine changes, including (but not limited to) Google Penguin and Panda updates and practice search engine-approved methods for building brand awareness that results.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with the SEO Manager to research people and websites
  2. Import and organize people and websites within Buzzstream
  3. Use web-based tools to submit multiple business listings (citations)
  4. Perform and track outreach through social, email and telephone
  5. Report to SEO Manager with successes, progress and opportunities

Requirements

  1. Associates degree in communication and/or IT preferred but not required
  2. Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
  3. Must be comfortable working within a CRM like Buzzstream or ACT
  4. Must be a great communicator and relationship-builder
  5. Must be able to multi-task and occasionally assist with other SEO tasks
  6. Candidate must have a passion for search engine optimization and show it
  7. Must provide at least 2 references of people in SEO who can vouch for you
